Micro-workouts give you a chance to workout and still be on your 9-5 job. This is a great way to improve your health while maintaining your work-life balance!
Micro-Workouts are short, focused bursts of physical activity—typically lasting anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes—that can be done anywhere, anytime, with minimal or no equipment. They are designed to fit into busy schedules and still deliver meaningful health and fitness benefits. Micro-Workouts are used to build/maintain consistency, build strength and endurance, boost energy, improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and increase overall health!
This Plan includes stretches you can do throughout the day, monday through friday, with specific times to do the stretches.
Provides a level 1 and level 2 version. Level 1 includes mini workouts and stretches you can do anywhere for 1 minute each with time windows to do them. Level 2 includes more workouts you can do anywhere for 1 min each workout, within a smaller time frame. The plan is from Monday through Friday.
