Micro-Workouts are used to build/maintain consistency, build strength and endurance, boost energy, improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and increase overall health!
Includes a plan to perform micro workouts and stretches throughout the day along with the window of times they should be performed in.
Includes what Level 1 has but with more repetitions per session and smaller windows of time to perform the exercises.
Includes a plan of solely stretches to help wake up muscles and as well as increase flexibility and joint mobility, reducing chance of injuries discomfort.
