Fitness, nutrition, and all around lifestyle has always been a priority for me. From managing restaurants to working in banks, I just never felt like I was doing what I was put on this earth to do. I studied for and received seven certifications from NASM - with two of the most important ones being Nutrition and Personal Training. After obtaining my LLC and training over 100 people I quit my 9-5 job and took my fitness coaching business to the next level.

In 2017, I made two huge adjustments in my life, one being that I enlisted into the Air Force and the other being I began my journey of health and fitness. My love and passion developed exponentially as I started to change the lives of my fellow airmen through fitness training and developing personalized meal plans.  Ian, my brother, invited me to be a co-owner in DeCostaEnterprises LLC.
